Chrome의 MV2 확장 프로그램 지원이 최종 폐기 단계에 들어갔다. 이로 인해 uBlock Origin과 같은 기존 확장을 위한 우회 방식이 더 이상 효과를 발휘하기 어려워질 전망이다. Chromium의 변경으로 kExtensionManifestV2Disabled 기능 플래그도 제거되면서, MV2 차단 상태를 제어하는 코드가 사라졌다.

Chrome's support for MV2 extensions has entered the final phase of discontinuation. As a result, workarounds previously used to maintain existing extensions like uBlock Origin will likely become ineffective. The removal of the kExtensionManifestV2Disabled feature flag in Chromium has led to the removal of code controlling the MV2 blocking state.
