Microsoft is set to launch two new Surface devices later this year, both powered by Nvidia's RTX Spark chips. At the recent Build conference, I had the opportunity to closely examine both the Surface Laptop Ultra and the Surface RTX Spark Dev Box. While both devices feature the same chip, they utilize it in different ways.
