The U.S. Department of Justice has announced coordinated actions against an illicit online marketplace known as Xinbi Guarantee, which provided scam services. This included seizing Telegram channels used for operations and confiscating two cryptocurrency wallets. Moreover, the Scam Center Strike Force has been deployed to Madagascar to disrupt 13 scam compounds run by Chinese organized crime.
