LLM 번아웃이 온 것 같아요

LLM 사용이 늘어남에 따라 번아웃 현상이 발생하고 있다.

업무와 개인 프로젝트에서 Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, Gemini 등의 LLM을 사용하면서 AI 생성 텍스트를 읽는 시간이 급증하고 있다. 이러한 변화로 인해 개발 흐름이 기존의 직접 설계·구현 방식에서 LLM의 코드 검토 및 수정을 포함하는 방식으로 변화하였다. 이로 인해 신규 영역에서도 작업이 수월해지지만, LLM 사용 증가로 인한 번아웃 현상이 우려된다.

The daily use of LLMs such as Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, and Gemini for both work and personal projects has significantly increased the time spent reading AI-generated text. This shift has led to a change in the development flow from direct design and implementation to reviewing LLM-generated code and making edits. While this allows for easier work in unfamiliar areas, the increase in LLM usage raises concerns about burnout.
