Google has taken the final step in discontinuing support for Manifest V2 by removing all MV2 extensions, including uBlock Origin, from the Chrome Web Store. Starting from Chrome version 139, these MV2 extensions will not function from July 2025, making this removal an action on extensions that were already inactive.
