미 연방 법원이 X의 경쟁사가 '트위터'라는 이름을 사용하는 것을 일시적으로 차단했다. 그러나 법원은 X가 '트윗' 상표와 새 로고를 포기했을 가능성이 높다고 판단했다. 이 스타트업은 이후 Tweet.app으로 재출시되었다.

A federal judge has temporarily barred an X rival from using the Twitter name. However, the judge found that X is likely to have abandoned the 'Tweet' trademark and bird logo. Consequently, the startup has relaunched as Tweet.app.
