Google은 일부 소스 코드를 Git 태그로 배포하는 대신, Google Forms 신청을 통해 Google Drive에서 tarball 접근 권한을 부여하기로 했다. GrapheneOS에 따르면 이로 인해 처리 기간이 수 시간에서 수 주로 늘어났다고 한다. tarball에는 기존과 같은 소스가 포함되지만, Android 도구가 요구하는 Git 저장소 구조에는 영향을 미칠 수 있다.

According to GrapheneOS, this has led to processing times increasing from hours to weeks.
