Google Disrupts NetNut Residential Proxy Network Spanning 2 Million Home Devices

Google, in collaboration with the FBI and Lumen, has notably degraded the functioning of the NetNut residential proxy network. This network utilized home devices as rented relays for other people's traffic. The Google Threat Intelligence Group reported that the usable pool of devices has been reduced by millions. NetNut is also tracked under the name Popa.
