구글 딥마인드는 AlphaGenome Atlas를 발표하여 인간 유전체에서 가능한 90억 가지 단일 염기 변화의 영향을 미리 예측한 데이터베이스를 구축했습니다. 이 데이터베이스는 기존에 개별 변이를 분석하던 AlphaGenome의 예측을 확장한 것입니다. 단백질을 만드는 영역뿐만 아니라 유전체의 98%를 차지하는 비코딩 영역까지 분석할 수 있습니다.

Google DeepMind has announced the AlphaGenome Atlas, a database that pre-calculates the impact of 9 billion possible single nucleotide changes in the human genome. This database expands upon the predictions made by AlphaGenome, which focused on individual variants. It can analyze not only regions that code for proteins but also the non-coding regions that account for 98% of the genome.
