Moderna가 흑색종 mRNA 신생항원 치료제의 긍정적인 3상 결과를 발표했다.

Moderna와 Merck는 IIB~IV기 흑색종 환자를 대상으로 한 intismeran autogene와 KEYTRUDA의 병용 보조요법에 대한 긍정적인 3상 임상시험 결과를 발표했다. 이 임상시험에서는 무재발 생존기간과 원격전이 없는 생존기간 모두에서 긍정적인 결과를 기록했다.

Moderna and Merck announced positive phase 3 results for the combination of intismeran autogene and KEYTRUDA in patients with fully resected stage IIB-IV melanoma. The clinical trial demonstrated favorable outcomes for both primary and secondary endpoints, including recurrence-free survival and distant metastasis-free survival.
