Alleged TeamPCP hackers have been charged in Australia over major attacks on security scanners and an AI gateway.
The Australian Federal Police have charged two men linked to the cybercrime group TeamPCP. They are alleged to have been involved in the March 2026 compromise of popular open-source security scanners like Trivy and Checkmarx KICS, as well as the AI gateway LiteLLM. Louis Michael Gaebler and Ruben Ian Thomson face a total of 14 offenses and appeared in Perth Magistrates Court following the allegations.
