The Chinese threat actor UAT-7810 is actively refining its malware to expand its Operational Relay Box (ORB) network by breaching internet-facing networking devices. Findings from Cisco Talos indicate that UAT-7810 is an advanced persistent threat (APT) responsible for maintaining and proliferating a network known as LapDogs, which emerged in June 2025.
