At Build 2026, Microsoft introduced Logic Apps Automation, a new SKU that packages workflows, AI agents, knowledge services, and model access into a managed SaaS experience. Agents integrate through agent-loop orchestration and Foundry agents. Knowledge as a Service (KaaS) offers a fully managed RAG pipeline.
