Blizzard Entertainment workers have ratified a historic collective agreement.
At Blizzard Entertainment, a union representing about 1,900 workers has ratified a collective agreement after two years of negotiation. This agreement guarantees wage increases and a hybrid work model with three days in the office per week. The same language applies to agreements across departments, strengthening employee rights.
