9월 11일자로 개정된 개인정보 보호법과 시행령이 시행되었습니다. 이제 유출이 확정되지 않아도 유출 가능성이 높다면 정보주체에게 알려야 합니다. 불법 접근이나 개인정보의 불법 거래와 같은 요건시에는 인지 후 72시간 이내에 반드시 통지해야 합니다.

As of September 11, revised privacy protection laws and enforcement regulations have taken effect. Organizations must notify individuals if there is a high likelihood of data breaches, even if breaches are not confirmed. In cases of illegal access or trade of personal data, notification must occur within 72 hours of identification.
