When running the same resume through HackerRank's open-source ATS recruitment agent multiple times, scores fluctuated between 66 and 99. A cutoff score of 85 resulted in 65% of resumes being rejected. The tool parses PDF resumes and analyzes candidates' basic information and experience using LLMs.
